• Oversee the development and execution of the mobile application roadmap, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Lead the data analysis team in identifying trends, performing complex data analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and improve user experience • Manage the data processing team to ensure efficient data collection, storage, and processing mechanisms are in place, optimizing performance and scalability of our systems • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement among all engineering teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with business objectives and customer needs

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage engineering teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Strong technical expertise in mobile application development, data analysis, and data processing technologies, with a solid understanding of software engineering principles • Excellent project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies, to ensure the timely delivery of projects with high quality • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster a collaborative team environment
