Description
• Building out business operations and strategy function • Work with CEO and senior executives on high-impact projects • Drive revenue by supporting business development team • Build playbook for strengthening partnerships and driving growth • Design and implement doctor growth initiatives • Work with analytics to improve data visibility
Requirements
• Experience at a top strategy consulting firm or tech company in strategy & operations (varying levels) • Extraordinary analytical skills, putting you in the 95th percentile or higher • High bar for execution and exceeding goals/targets • Comfortable owning multiple competing projects and working cross-functionally • Action oriented; thrive in fast-paced environment • Fast learner; capable of distilling complex concepts into simple explanations • Strong attention to detail for thorough project plans • Innovative and creative problem solver • Preferred experience in healthcare or with healthcare clients (pharmaceutical supply)
