• Feature Development: Take charge of developing core platform features from the outset, such as Accounts, Dashboards, Discovery, Community, Project Management, and other key verticals • Full Stack Architecture: Leverage your full stack experience to establish architectural patterns that enhance the productivity between backend and frontend developers • Best Practices: Lead the team by example with practices that accelerate development and long term maintainability of the codebase in terms of documentation, testing, peer review, and code quality • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and engineering peers to iterate on features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and a bias for iterative progress
• 6-8 years of proven full stack development experience and the ability to demonstrate high competency with backend architecture • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Ideal candidates are aligned closely with this tech stack, but 100% alignment is not required • A strong blend of technical depth, product intuition, and pragmatic decision-making, with a history of taking products from concept to completion • Growth-oriented, with a desire to achieve ambitious goals, combined with a low ego and a collaborative spirit
