🔄 Hybrid – Bay Area
• Collaborate with the Perception autonomy team to improve, ideate, and implement perception algorithms. • Develop machine learning models for recursive state estimation, structured and unstructured prediction, Unsupervised and Self-Supervised Autonomy, computer vision optimization, etc. • Research and develop state-of-the-art deep learning/machine learning models to improve our perception solutions under challenging and diverse scenarios (e.g., on and off roads, underground, and in the air; long-range and multi-sensor object detection, detection under degraded sensors, etc.). • Develop and ship next-generation features that expand Bluespace’s operational driving domain. • Improve and deliver reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews.
• 8+ years experience and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. • At least 8 years of software development experience, or 6 with an advanced degree • Strong analytical skills in linear algebra, geometry, and probability. • Experience developing software under strong real-time performance requirements. • Excellent software engineering skills in Python and/or C++ • Extensive experience in any deep learning framework, such as PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow • Extensive exp in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or other relevant areas of Artificial Intelligence • Relevant industry experience (prior work on self-driving vehicles, autonomy, and/or robotics projects) • Experience with sensor data lidar radar camera. • Strong track record in any field related to machine learning, as evidenced by top-tier publications.
• Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year • Equal Opportunity Employer
