• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting strategies for a wide range of roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and values. • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes. • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify improvement opportunities
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions. • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build , relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred) and other recruiting tools/software. • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
