Description
• Work with customers to help them feel comfortable and happy in their clothing • Work with data and analytics to improve customer experience • Work with growth marketing to increase sales • Work with digital products to create the most comfortable products
Requirements
• Bilingual ability (English and Spanish) • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience • Experience with a customer journey or marketing team • Experience with a product that is comfort focused
