Description

• Manage the accounting system for small business and non-profit clients using QuickBooks. • Apply accounting principles to process accounting information accurately. • Implement procedural improvements and review procedures for current standards. • Understand Client’s needs and implement Bookminders' service effectively. • Track and report client billing information accurately and consistently. • Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, accounting or business-related preferred. • Minimum of five years of accounting or finance experience required. • Experience with general ledger accounting software required, QuickBooks preferred. • Excellent communication and computer skills required. • Ability to work independently with precision and detail. • Separate, dedicated home office space and high-speed internet required. • Ability to attend orientation and monthly training and meetings. • Ability to attend client meetings and trainings during business hours required.
