• Welcomes and assists customers at the Seattle Bouldering Project • Maintains a clean, safe, and presentable facility • Processes transactions at registers and sells memberships and services • Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues • Engages with customers providing assistance with climbing, orientation, and facility offerings • Facilitates check-in, waivers, rental shoes, and facility rules and orientation • Ensures customers have an active waiver and are aware of facility rules • Responds to accidents and incidents following the Safety Manual and Protocol • Maintains and stocks the retail area and lost and found • Works with maintenance team on regular cleaning duties • Participates in individual and group instruction as requested
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and events, including evenings and weekends • Maintain excitement about the culture and community at the Seattle Bouldering Project
