Description

• Develop and execute cross-channel acquisition plans: Create acquisition marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales conversion goals. • Own Paid Marketing performance: Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of paid channels (e.g., SEM, social, remarketing) in collaboration with core marketing team to drive marketing performance in line with budget. • Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience; identify customer segmentation opportunities to drive targeted messaging for unique customer needs. • Drive continuous learnings: Identify opportunities for insight generation through a/b testing roadmaps; continuously refine acquisition approach based upon learnings. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with central Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment. • Track and Measure Success: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • 4+ years related marketing experience, including with paid marketing channels (e.g., search/social) • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven experience managing cross channel marketing campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, and high-quality execution • Experience partnering with sales and product teams • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously • Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment • Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data and make recommendations for continuous improvement • A creative problem solver, adept at removing obstacles and finding solutions to key business challenges • Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, effectively influencing and managing expectations with senior management and cross-functional teams • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions • Experience with data visualization and dash boarding tools such as Tableau a plus
