• Coordinate and manage program-wide projects to optimize processes. • Lead project scoping meetings and convene workgroups, quickly synthesizing project needs. • Develop comprehensive project plans and utilize tracking tools to monitor progress. • Effectively communicate project components and goals to a variety of stakeholders. • Set benchmarks and ensure that initiatives are on track and complete by agreed upon deadlines. • Convene stakeholder groups to gather feedback and regularly report on progress.
• 3+ years working in an office environment or similar context that requires strong administrative skills. • Demonstrated project management experience.
