Description

• Oversee the daily administration of leaves of absences and reasonable accommodation process. • Provide benefits support by conducting benefit orientations, answering benefit inquiries, and coordinating with benefit vendors. • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and People Support Services (HR Admin) team. • Facilitate distribution of benefit related correspondence to all active staff members via all of Brilliant Corners communication channels and, as required, previous staff members. • Work with HR business partners and support the organization departments as needed as it pertains to benefits, LOA, and reasonable accommodation needs. • Assist with HR related inquiries and communications from employees. • Assist with labor relations as needed. • Be a brand ambassador promoting Brilliant Corners brand, values and mission whenever possible. • Provide support or appropriately re-route communication for employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, compensation and appropriately escalate any issues that may arise. • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and protocols. • Utilize Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Generalist • Experience with labor relations • Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
