• Design and implement advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and complex retrieval, to solve complex problems and enhance our AI capabilities • Utilize our GPU clusters for efficient training, finetuning, and inference of AI models, ensuring optimal performance and scalability • Develop smart orchestration strategies for LLM pipelines, including the integration of RAG and agentic flows, to improve model responsiveness and accuracy • Explore and implement efficient inference techniques to reduce computational costs and improve the speed of model predictions without compromising quality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and integrate AI solutions into our product offerings seamlessly • Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, particularly in the areas of LLMs, to continually improve our technologies and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch • Previous experience with algorithm development with a focus on performance and scalability • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML applications • Experience building LLM applications and agentic LLM systems, including: • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Agent orchestration • Advanced reasoning techniques • Quantifying performance with evals • Dataset curation • Strong intuition about computer architecture to quickly understand chip design and verification tasks • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams
