• Develop and create employment opportunities for 14-24 year old enrollees • Work with employers to facilitate sustained success in the workplace • Match applicant qualifications with employer needs • Maintain records of applicants and develop support plans
• Bachelor degree preferred • At least 5 years of paid experience in workforce development • Strong knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Bilingual/Spanish a plus
