Description

• Build and execute a full year marketing plan across all channels • Manage GTM calendar and hold stakeholder accountability • Drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing initiatives through any medium required, ensuring a singular brand message across all consumer touch points including web, paid media, product, packaging, retail, events, social, catalog, collaborations etc. • Work cross-functionally to develop merchandising strategy and product story narratives • Partner with the other leaders across the company to develop our forward-looking company strategy and building a culture of cohesion and accountability. • Work closely with Design/Product team to influence merchandising roadmap with growth opportunities • Develop close working relationships with Founders to ensure alignment on a shared vision and roadmap for bringing it to life

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree with 5+ years of marketing leadership experience. • Experience managing a team of 5+ people • Experience growing a brand/company from to strong market presence and significant revenue • A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks • A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced and highly-fluid environment • A creative eye and genuine curiosity for innovative opportunities to connect with our community • Holistic brand thinker who appreciates and invests in the entire process, from making a physical product to marketing to merchandising to driving loyalty
