• Manage Salesforce and drive efficiency across the sales cycle. • Optimize sales processes and ensure data integrity. • Provide actionable insights on revenue forecasting and pipeline management. • Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead-to-sales alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company. • Proficiency in Salesforce administration (Salesforce certification preferred) and experience managing CRM systems. • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex sales data and provide actionable insights. • Experience in developing and optimizing sales processes, with a focus on pipeline management and forecasting. • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to change • Ability to work 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our Santa Monica based office.
