• Manage users, permissions, and security settings for Salesforce. • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and modify customizations, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices. • Maintain and develop reports and dashboards that effectively meet business needs. • Troubleshoot and debug potential issues related to Salesforce Operations. • Create and modify fields, page layouts, objects, flows, validation rules, email alerts, and process builders to align with business needs. • Assist in the installation and confirmation of Managed Packages as needed. • Provide end-user support, including training and troubleshooting assistance. • Collaborating with other Admins and Users, creating and implementing solutions to best serve business needs. • Help maintain a clean and efficient Salesforce environment by removing or archiving obsolete components including but not limited to fields, picklist values, and flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and CRM best practices. • Strong understanding with creating, modifying, and debugging Flows and Process Builders. • Strong understanding of user permissions and user management within Salesforce. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and end users. • Proficiency in implementing Manage Packages and integration to service business needs. • Strong Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. • The ability to work in a face-paced environment • 1+ year(s) of Salesforce Administration experience
