Description
• Analyze organizational readiness for change, identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for mitigating those risks. • Perform a variety of tasks related to change management, including analysis, strategy development, and implementation. • Support the development and execution of change management strategies that align with client objectives. • Collaborate with team members to gather data, perform research, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. • Assist in facilitating communication and change readiness within the organization. • Provide insights based on both practical experience and theoretical knowledge to support customer outcomes. • Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business needs and support successful change initiatives. • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate change management strategies and progress to leadership.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. • 2 years of experience in change management, consulting, or a related discipline. • Experience working on change management initiatives as part of a broader project or consulting engagement. • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. • Ability to contribute to a team and effectively manage time and task prioritization. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
