Description
• Drive software quality for existing and emerging products • Manage and grow a team of QA Automation engineers • Perform product testing and triage defects • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle • Oversee automation of new test cases and reporting • Communicate with senior leadership team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field • At least 3 years managing a QA team at a company focused on enterprise applications, Software as a Service (SaaS), or Platform as a Service (PaaS) • Possess a thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies. • Background in UI and/or API test case automation • Working knowledge with CI/CD and Jenkins pipelines • Experience with Agile software development methodology • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong business acumen and quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills • Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas.
