Description
• Leverage financial background to support strategic decisions • Conduct monthly financial reviews • Collaborate with Head of Finance and CEO • Design analytical rigor for efficiency and ROI measurements • Drive finance routines for budget, forecast, and long-range plans • Build and maintain in-depth analysis models
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in strategic finance or FP&A • Strong analytical skills and ability to build integrated financial models • Experience in driving finance processes • Ability to analyze 3-statement models • Proven track record of building collaborative relationships • Self-starter capable of driving results without significant supervision • High performance under tight timelines • Desire to work on impactful problems • CPA qualification is a plus
