Description
• Effectively manage and oversee a high volume of class action and wage & hour litigation cases • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development • Handle all aspects of litigation, from case initiation to resolution • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations with confidence and professionalism • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives • Provide regular updates and maintain open communication throughout the litigation process • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other case-related materials • Ensure compliance with relevant federal and state laws
Requirements
• Licensed to practice in California • Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hours a plus • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines at a time • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a professional environment and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, including the ability to remain calm and efficient during stressful situations
