Description
• Seeking Lateral Partner in Tax Planning Law Division • Must be able to contribute at least $400K of profitable business to the firm • Primary attorney managing and overseeing deals and client relationships • Joining a phenomenal Business Law and Transactions law team • Structure and negotiate transactions to advance interests
Requirements
• Must be licensed in the state they apply to work in • Confident banking and finance lawyer • Experienced in sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations • Positive outlook, self-starter, works well with others • Tired of big firm practice or not being fully valued • Positions open in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Penn, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or Washington D.C.
Benefits
