Description
• Responsible for triaging and evaluating member services clinical escalations • Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment • Organized and detail-oriented • Contribute to development of best practices • Support research of evidence-based data
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in the fertility clinical space • Medically-related degree: BSN • Strong English language competency • Experience in pregnancy or general women’s health • Strong critical thinking skills • Strong communication skills • A team player • Detail-oriented work process • Technologically savvy • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs • Experience in the public health space and/or insurance industry • Passionate about area of expertise • Excellent presentation skills in an online environment • Global awareness and cultural sensitivity • Ability to search large medical and clinical databases • Medical, scientific, or healthcare-related experience outside the US • Additional language competency
