Description

• The Director of Marketing will lead and manage all aspects of marketing for Cerbo. • You will play a pivotal role in developing Cerbo’s market leadership in the EHR space. • This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare technology market. • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand. • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition strategies through various channels. • Collaborate with product management and sales teams on marketing strategies. • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs and preferences. • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and analyze data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare technology or software industry. • Proven experience managing a high volume of trade shows, webinars and campaigns • Strong background in channel marketing working with strategic partners • Experience with HubSpot • Demonstrated ability to lead a small, growing team. • Player/ Coach who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the work done • Proven experience in marketing EHR systems or related healthcare IT products. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
