Description

• Hold a regulatory leadership role in a Reg A Series LLC Company • Identify relevant regulatory requirements for Musicow and ensure ongoing compliance • Stay updated on regulatory developments and deploy necessary changes to maintain compliance • Create and manage compliance training program for employees • Lead analysis of variances in Regulatory filing and present financial results • Manage filing of financial statements for Reg A offering with the SEC • Oversee regulatory communications and notifications • Partner with Product Stakeholders to ensure compliance in new initiatives • Review, negotiate, and update various agreements • Report information to management and regulatory bodies • Monitor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance • Conduct risk assessments and internal investigations • Manage legal aspects of data privacy and security

Requirements

• Direct prior experience with financial services regulators (including FINRA and the SEC) • Ability to understand business needs and create pragmatic solutions • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience in cryptocurrency or fintech • Qualified and licensed to practice law in California • Ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse groups • Knowledge of music royalties is a plus
