Description
• Completes administrative duties for the human resources department • Reports to and assists Sr. HR Director with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee record maintenance • Assists in benefits data administration and HR projects • Coordinates new employee orientations and pre-employment processes • Maintains HRIS records and assists with company audits • Coordinates meetings, events, and activities with GA staff • Provides backup to HR team and assists employees with various forms • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Two (2) plus years of HR experience • 2+ years of administrative support experience preferred • Bilingual (Korean) preferred • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong work ethic and team player • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic math skills
