Description
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote products/services, and close sales • Establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships with customers • Achieve monthly sales targets with an emphasis on selling memberships and subscription services • Maintain expert knowledge of all products/services • Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently • Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times
Requirements
• Proven experience as a sales representative in health/wellness or beauty/cosmetics industries • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Persuasive, positive, and energetic with a passion for sales • Knowledge of West Hollywood region is a plus • Flexible schedule - must be available Monday through Friday • Physically able to stand and actively engage with customers for the duration of the shift
