• The Program Operations Manager, Employee Philanthropy will help build out this new segment of our People Team by developing and improving operational workstreams, initiatives and systems across the team’s program areas. • This work includes strategy development, program execution and evaluation, partner engagement, and coordinating cross-functional work with internal teams and external nonprofit partners. • The Program Operations Manager will manage virtual and in-person learning and volunteering events, build and execute processes for sharing Employee Philanthropy opportunities with the broader organization, and track program impact. • The role will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries and build and maintain strong relationships with external partners. • The Program Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director, Employee Philanthropy as part of the Employee Philanthropy Programs team.
• 8+ years of progressively complex related professional experience operations in employee engagement, employee volunteerism, corporate social responsibility, corporate philanthropy social impact or related sectors. • Demonstrated program and project management experience. • A passion for employee volunteerism and community engagement. • Demonstrate experience leveraging collaborative influencing skills to enable effective cross-functional teamwork. • Accomplished ability to multi-task across projects, pay attention to detail and manage time efficiently. • Navigates ambiguity with ease and grace. • Comfortable with blue sky approach to building program and operational structures from new. • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
