Description
• Understand the business objectives and strategic initiatives of the Company to deliver actionable reports and presentations • Continuous communication and coordination with various departments like Portfolio Oversight, Property Management, etc. • Collaborate with different departments to develop business plans for CIM Group assets • Build and maintain financial models • Provide exceptional client service and communicate financial analysis results effectively
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field • 5+ years' previous financial analysis experience • Heavy financial modeling experience required • CPA, CFA designations are a plus • Experience with ARGUS required
