Description

• Developing, owning and managing high-profile strategic partner relationships • Delivering on ambitious company-level business objectives • Landing and growing strategic partnerships in key markets in the Americas • Executing commercial deals and providing oversight on execution • Working cross functionally to create and operationalize activation and growth programs • Developing novel partnership approaches to drive business growth • Working on prioritizing, closing, and managing strategic, high-revenue opportunities • Originating and managing a portfolio of strategic opportunities and driving partnership momentum • Developing deal constructs, identifying and negotiating deal terms with major partners • Establishing and maintaining strong executive relationships with partner organizations • Coordinating with cross-functional teams across the deal lifecycle • Ensuring clear and articulate communication in both written and oral form • Cultivating a team culture focused on integrity, collaboration, customer focus, metrics, and optimism

Requirements

• 15+ years of Strategic Business Development experience • Experience in financial services, payments, or blockchain/digital asset technology strongly preferred • Proven ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience • Excellent territory and pipeline management • Demonstrable ability to work alongside technical resources and contribute to solution development • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, with Brazilian Portuguese a plus • Enjoy building at the earliest stages, improving company processes, and moving at a fast pace
