Description
• We are a rapidly expanding company, and as we continue to experience high growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. • This role is critical in scaling our marketing efforts. • If you have a knack for keeping things organized, keeping a team informed and aligned, a passion for marketing, and experience with sales CRMs like HubSpot, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
• Proven experience in a marketing support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. • Familiarity with sales CRMs, particularly HubSpot, and the ability to train others on its use. • Enjoys the creative aspects of marketing, with a passion for developing engaging content and contributing to innovative marketing strategies. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow within the role. • Knowledge of private K12 schools or the education sector is a plus, but not required. • Some travel required, to help run large conference events, or attend team retreats.
