• Partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent • Partner primarily with our product & design organizations • Design and own hiring strategies to engage with high caliber talent • Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of searches • Ensure a high touch candidate experience • Ensure a high level of data integrity • Proactively drive recruiting process improvements
• At least 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in a consumer tech environment • Believe in talent density • Treat every candidate with a white-glove experience • Can source passive top talent • Love recruiting candidates in terms of quality over quantity • Experience working in a high-growth environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • BS/BA degree
