Description
• Commit to simplifying complexities of healthcare by building systems • Build out new APIs and functionality on top of FHIR APIs • Accountable for scaling clinical data capabilities • Build out deidentification and synthetic clinical data capabilities • Learn about new tools and technologies to solve problems • Help the team define and maintain development practices • Mentor other engineers on leveraging clinical and Interoperability standards
Requirements
• 5+ years active Software Engineer experience • Proficient in writing SQL Queries in Postgres, MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or other database systems • Experience with FHIR Data and FHIR APIs • Familiar with common healthcare code sets like ICD, SNOMED, RXNORM, LOINC, etc. • Comfortable working as a data engineer cleaning, normalizing, and improving data quality • Can create and call Restful APIs; gRPC experience is a plus • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker; familiar with GCP, AWS, or Azure • Knowledgeable of HIPAA Requirements; HITRUST and other standards is a plus
