Description

• Codazen is looking for a Product Manager (6 Month Contract) excited to take on challenges in a growing and fast-paced, Agency environment. • The Product Manager will serve as the 'voice of the client’ throughout the end-to-end process of product development. • You will be responsible for working with clients to define and make recommendations for product strategy. • This role is responsible for creating product roadmaps and maintaining prioritization of the product backlog. • The candidate must be detail oriented with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, cross-functional team members and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in information science, computer science or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years experience in client-facing role, ideally supporting enterprise level clients • Minimum of 1-2 years working in a software development Agency environment • Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management role • Proven success managing the delivery and release of consumer-facing enterprise software products. • Experience coordinating between creative and engineer teams in a client-facing environment is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of web application and general software development • Strong knowledge of software disciplines including: Strategy, Creative, UX, Information Architecture, Business Analysis, Technology, QA, and Analytics. • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented, take-ownership approach, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects. • Collaborative attitude and a results-driven mindset.
