• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Codi and the client's team, facilitating clear and effective communication. • Manage daily office operations, including handling mail, preparing meeting rooms, and managing office supplies. • Monitor and maintain beverage, paper, and consumable stock levels, ensuring they meet contracted levels with Codi. • Coordinate logistics for new furniture and office equipment from the Codi add-on catalog, overseeing delivery and installation. • Utilize Codi’s work order platform to coordinate maintenance and repair issues with the internal Codi team and partners. • Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate Codi partners & internal teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Provide weekly reports to Codi on office conditions, stock levels, and any issues, keeping the Codi team informed and proactive in managing the space. • Undergo company-specific training to align with the client’s practices and communication channels. • Examples of tasks include providing orientation for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and access to start their roles smoothly, and arranging catering for meetings or events.
• You're adaptable and flexible, comfortable with part-time work and managing multiple clients. • You're a proactive self-starter with experience in office management, thriving in fast-paced environments and collaborating with team members. • You have a meticulous eye for detail, efficiently handling tasks and being hands-on with office layouts, supplies, and events. • You're impact-driven, prioritizing essential tasks and consistently delivering high-quality results, with strong organizational skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in using office management systems and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). • Familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. • Experience with project management software like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. • Comfortable with cloud storage and collaboration platforms like Dropbox or OneDrive.
