Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and building complex backend systems • Extensive Python experience • Experience with high-throughput data pipelines for real-time use cases • Production experience with data stores like PostgreSQL, Redis, and Cassandra • Experience deploying apps and services to a production cloud environment • Thoughtful about software development best practices and code quality • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Self-motivated with the ability to deliver complex features with little direction • Passionate about joining as a founding engineer and building a company • Bonus: Experience working at a startup and managing engineering teams
