• Partner directly with Coinbase’s leadership team to build and scale their teams. • Own full lifecycle technical executive hiring (Engineering and Product, L8+) across various business units of the organization to continue to build our fast paced, high-growth environment. • Develop and refine an executive hiring "playbook" that exemplifies Coinbase values of efficiency execution and clear communication. • Manage and partner with external search firms. • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come. • Evangelize digital currency and educate candidates about Coinbase’s strategy and mission. • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
• 10+ years of full-cycle executive recruiting experience, preferably in both search firm and high-growth tech environments. • Deep knowledge of Engineering function; experience working with Engineering teams and hiring for highly technical executive roles. Exposure to and involvement in Product Management hiring is a plus. • Demonstrated prowess in creating innovative and unique ways to proactively source and engage pipelines of top Engineering talent. • Proven track record of delivering results against hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders. • Experience working with leadership teams and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans, both short and long term. • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency. • BS/BA degree
