Description

• You’ll be a key player of CB Technology's first line of defense team. • You’ll work closely with the engineering teams to identify and document technology risks. • Formalize and monitor risks remediation activities, enhance key business processes. • Maintain our overall technology roadmap and produce CB technology KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology governance, risk, and or compliance. • Experience working with technology standards or frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, or ISO • Experience working on remediation projects (new regulation, audit findings) • Clear/concise communicator and writer; experience drafting/operationalizing project plans across stakeholders, holding teams accountable, and deliverables • Enjoy solving hard problems and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Enterprise Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.) • Previous experience working with various global sites to implement coordinated efforts • Experience working within Cloud native environments • You are comfortable operating on an unpaved road and dealing with ambiguity • Ability to leverage data to inform critical decisions and make recommendations • Prior experience working on global programs • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously • Excellent organization and project management skills in a fast-moving and demanding environment • Willingness to embrace a steep learning curve and stretch opportunities to learn new skills
