Description
• The Senior Manager of E-Mail Operations is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-mail marketing strategies to engage our audience, nurture leads, build relationships and drive revenue. • As a power user of HubSpot, you will utilize advanced features to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure our email marketing efforts align with our business objectives. • This role will collaborate with marketing managers and tactical teams to create cohesive campaigns and optimize performance through rigorous testing and analysis. • Additionally, the role requires improving coordination with cross-functional teams and revenue owners, testing emerging channels, and providing detailed performance insights to ensure effective investment strategies and continuous improvement. • In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve strategic objectives and project goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing email marketing and a command of building an integrated inbound marketing campaigns. • Experience in the education or real estate industry is desirable. • Expertise in HubSpot, including advanced features like workflows, segmentation, and reporting. • Strong understanding of e-mail marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization. • The ability to analyze email KPIs and data to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Must be naturally collaborative, strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
