Description

• Lead the establishment, growth, and mentorship of a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and excellence. • Ensure team accountability in developing secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions in the cloud. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize delivery objectives. • Develop and communicate a software roadmap that showcases ongoing business value and advancements in technical capabilities. • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team priorities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases. • Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment processes. • Identify and mitigate technical debt, system bottlenecks, and other challenges to sustain the long-term health and viability of the software platform. • Encourage and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the software development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field is mandatory. • Over 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. • Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. • Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across the organization to cultivate a strong data culture. • Inspirational leadership qualities, adept at developing others and fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, enabling effective decision-making and engagement across all levels of the organization.
