• Create a sales engine as the first SDR hire • Effectively communicate updates to the CEO (Rani) • Hit quota for monthly and quarterly targets • Prospect customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, HR communities, and other tools or current services • Contribute to marketing and community campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn) • Cold call for prospective customers • Qualify opportunities and assess if the company can provide value • Thrive in ambiguity and context switching between new opportunities
• Creative, thoughtful, and passionate team member • 1+ years of experience in Tech (preference for startup experience) • High degree of communication and organization • Proactive problem-solving attitude & good listener • Process-oriented and detail-oriented • Highly metrics-driven and able to use multiple experiments to hit targets • Hungry for a challenging and creative role • Met or exceeded targets at previous job • Bonus: entrepreneurial experience (or desire to prepare for that) • Bonus: takes ownership to help the team succeed
