Description

• Play a critical role in supporting our legal team in handling corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and real estate auction transactions • Assist in the drafting, review, and management of a variety of legal documents related to auction transactions • Maintain confidentiality of all legal matters • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal, with specific experience in corporate law and real estate transactions • Experience in an auction house or high-volume transactional environment is highly preferred
