Description
• Lead the design and implementation of complex features and components for the Connexity marketplace platform. • Analyze and optimize system performance to handle large-scale data and high-traffic loads. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and security practices. • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building and scaling marketplace or e-commerce platforms. • Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL. Experience with database management, cloud services, and microservices architecture. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
