• Lead scoping meetings with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. • Recommend optimal technology solutions aligned with client goals and budget constraints, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive scope documents, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs). • Create and deliver high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions. • Participate in pricing and SOW presentations to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and negotiating scope inclusions/exclusions. • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Professional Services implementation team. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights to enhance their digital transformation initiatives and achieve business objectives. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve scoping practices. • Demonstrate knowledge of Connor Group's other service offerings, including IPO Services, Accounting Advisory, Financial Close & Reporting, Transformation & Risk, and M&A.
• 1-3 years of ERP consulting or solutioning experience. • Knowledge of ERP solutions, with NetSuite preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate customer business requirements into actionable solutions. • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and credibility with clients and stakeholders. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centric solutions. • Strategic mindset to anticipate client needs and drive business growth.
