• Work closely with sales team to onboard and train new enterprise customers • Discover and develop new use cases for clients • Actively engage with existing customers to pitch capabilities of Copy.ai • Develop customized solutions for customers • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication • Collaborate with product team to gather insights from customers
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role • Strong technical aptitude • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Creative problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Knowledge or experience with AI technology and copywriting tools is a plus
