Description

• Lead an engineering team building key components of the Cordial Platform offering • Manage and coach a team of developers • Determine and implement the best approach for solving key problems around messaging, analytics, and data management • Drive design and development of critical application components • Architect, execute, and deliver solutions • Optimize existing processes • Keep the team focused and accountable • Observe and coach team members • Help identify success metrics • Perform code reviews • Contribute to application architecture initiatives • Work across borders and time zones • Drive projects to completion

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on development experience • 2+ years in an engineering leadership role • Experience in fast-paced, highly iterative product development processes • Ability to deliver high-quality software in a team environment utilizing a scrum process • Experience working in high volume, highly distributed environments • Strong problem-solving skills • Self-management and collaboration abilities • Proficiency in Git and familiar with a git workflow • Strong front-end/JavaScript knowledge • Working knowledge of MongoDB and ElasticSearch • Experience in marketing/building applications for marketing a plus
