• Conceptualize innovative, social-first content and thinking to help us create best-in-class content • Manage concepting, production and execution of creative to support our organic social strategy, partnering with stakeholders in Product Marketing, Content, and Design as needed • Oversee our global content calendar across all social media channels • Monitor activity across owned social channels • Develop and execute a community management playbook aligned with our brand standards and strategy • Champion our unique voice and approach that appeals to our global audience and drives results • Collaborate with stakeholders on social best practices and content execution • Analyze social performance using analytics tools, help provide regular reports and insights, making recommendations and identifying opportunities

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years working in social media space, ideating and creating social-first content • Expertise and love for working in social media, point-of-view on memes, cultural insights, and trends and applying them for brands • Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, comfort explaining it to executives and colleagues. • Strong social copywriting skills • You love great storytelling in all communication formats • Experience in analyzing social data and applying it to make strategic decisions • You’re proactive with a positive, flexible attitude • Strong cross-collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Excitement to be part of a team that creates thumb-stopping content, both planned and in real time
