Description

• Lead strategic initiatives in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and partnership marketing • Collaborate closely with the Product team on building product marketing strategies • Guide social media and influencer marketing strategies • Develop a deep understanding of the product to communicate its positioning, messaging, and value for customer adoption • Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired KPIs and P&L goals

Requirements

• 10 - 15+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in managing teams • Experience scaling up B2C products and driving substantial user growth • Deep expertise in performance marketing, including SEM, social media, influencer, display advertising, and affiliate marketing • Empathetic and strategic leader that inspires teams to deliver high-impact work on time, on budget, and on brand • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to partner with product, design, analytics, and engineering in a product management-led company • Data-driven with a strong understanding of complex product and marketing metrics and modern martech tools • Proven experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategies • A strong creative point of view with experience driving virality and organic engagement • Entrepreneurial drive and hands-on spirit to deliver business results • Background in education technology, gaming, and live ops

Benefits

• In accordance with California law, the base salary for this role if filled within SF Bay Area, California is $228,000 - $308,000 USD • Market-based pay structure • Bonus program eligibility • Equity award potential • Benefits and other types of compensation
