• Identify and establish relationships with potential new clients to generate new business opportunities. • Develop and execute effective business strategies to attract and acquire new clients. • Utilize a strong understanding of our agency's offerings and market trends to identify growth potential. • Attend and network at industry events to establish solid relationships and brand presence. • Collaborate with account and creative teams to create engaging presentations and proposals for potential clients. • Monitor competitors and market trends and provide insights to the leadership team. • Maintain a strong understanding of performance media and digital marketing to communicate the company’s value proposition to potential clients effectively. • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure a mutually beneficial business relationship. • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on best-fit media performance solutions. • Meet or exceed annual sales targets and support overall business growth. • Work with the team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive account strategies that align with the client's key business objectives. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth. • Collaborate with account team teams to ensure a smooth transition of accounts and client satisfaction. • Continuously learn about new media platforms and technologies and how they can be leveraged for client advantage and agency growth.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. • Experience at a performance media or digital agency. • Proficient in identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients. • Superior presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch to C-Level executives. • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and performance media. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to travel as needed. • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. • High energy and a 'can-do' attitude with the resilience to overcome challenges. • Self-motivated, with high levels of creativity and adaptability. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
