Description
• Provide quality, evidence-based and individualized programs of physical therapy • Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with sports medicine and musculoskeletal diagnoses • Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes • Design and implement plans of care for patients based on assessments • Conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care • Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ needs • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff • Document patient care services via EMR • Direct the assistance of support staff • Adhere to company policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program
Requirements
• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy • Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages • Drive to continually learn and grow
