Description
• Lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies for campaigns, including social media graphics, physical production design, digital ads, and branded content. • Lead the visual design of agency pitch decks • Collaborate with the customer success team and clients to define and execute the visual needs campaigns • Oversee the design and production of all visual assets, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. • Oversee the physical production design process, managing relationships with vendors, printers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality output. • Manage the visual design for the agency’s social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all platforms. • Drive the visual direction of the agency’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including website, pitch decks, marketing materials, presentations, and client communications. • Stay ahead of design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in visual design. • Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and articulating the creative vision behind each project.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and social media content. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. • Experience in leading design projects from concept to execution, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and the role of design in influencer marketing. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and internal teams. • Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions that align with client objectives.
